With direct access to our Software Engineers, Solutions Consultants and Vocollect’s third-line help desk, we are able to provide swift and thorough resolution of software issues. All support calls are logged, tracked and escalated if necessary.

Voiteq operates a fully certified repair centre manned by a highly skilled technical services team. As one of Vocollect’s longest serving repair centres, we have extensive experience of providing hardware support services to our customers. This ensures we deliver the highest quality service with industry leading turnaround times for voice terminals, headsets, servers, access points and auto-id equipment.
In addition to our online support portal where customers can log calls, track repairs and report on their repair history, we also have team of on-site Hardware Support Consultants that your assets are being used and maintained correctly and that your associates are following best practice.
