March 12, 2018
The global provider of voice-directed work solutions, Voiteq, has once again been named as Honeywell’s ‘Voice Partner of the Year’ for Europe. The award was presented during Honeywell’s Safety and Productivity Solutions EMEA partner conference in Madrid. Voiteq is the first partner to have received this prestigious accolade five times.
The recognition given to Voiteq is based on its continued investment into the voice market and for its outstanding year-on-year growth. A recent announcement from its partner company, Centriq Group, reports of another record year for Centriq with revenue growth up by 27 percent, enabling further investment in people and products. The Honeywell award praises Voiteq for providing a high-quality solution, from the largest team of voice specialists certified by Honeywell in the world, offering a local service on a global scale. With offices in the UK, France, Germany and North America it has become the industry’s voice provider of choice for a growing number of customers including global brand Lacoste.
“We’ve been successfully supporting Honeywell’s Vocollect voice solutions and expanding the voice market for over 17 years, utilising our own experience from deploying the world’s first fully voice-enabled warehouse,” commented David Stanhope, CEO of Centriq Group. “2017 has been another outstanding year for us and we’re delighted to have been recognised with this award. Our customers across the globe continue to face challenges in an ever-changing market and our continued growth is testimony to our people and the outstanding customer service that we consistently deliver.”
Darrel Williams, Sales Director EMEA Honeywell Workflow Solutions added, “In 2017, Voiteq again showed an exceptional ability to deliver technical, commercial and consulting excellence with Honeywell Vocollect voice solutions in Europe. They consistently provide real value to customers and continued to drive new sales, and that is why we selected them once again as the winners of this year’s ‘Voice Partner of the Year award for Europe.”
