The VoiceMan InfoCentre reporting suite is made up of two components: Dashboards for real-time graphical views of your operation and Reporting for historic, tabular reporting and analysis. Available to users via a browser interface, InfoCentre has robust user and group level access controls. InfoCentre comes with a standard set of operational dashboards and reports and custom views can be tailored to each customer’s specific requirements. All views within InfoCentre can be filtered by a range of criteria and can be printed or exported to PDF, XML, flat file and Excel for further distribution or analysis.

InfoCentre Dashboards provide web-based graphical dashboards showing real-time views of your key operational metrics. Dashboards can be viewed remotely by managers and executives and can also be automatically presented to associates via screens mounted in the warehouse. Our standard dashboards include KPIs such as:

  • Service Levels and Volumes
  • Current Order Progress by Zone
  • Operator Performance
  • Order Exceptions
  • Pick Rates

InfoCentre Dashboards is also able to provide “what if…?” analysis for certain dashboards where supervisors can assess the impact of adjusting resource allocations or workloads.
