Voiteq is a leading global provider of voice-directed work solutions, with offices in the UK, France, Germany and North America. Together with our sister company Cirrus Logistics, we form part of the Centriq group. We are registered in England and Wales under registration number 2447508, and our registered office is at Centriq Group, Neptune Court, Hallam Way, Blackpool, Lancashire, FY4 5LZ.

How do we collect personal information?

We collect information about you when you use our website, such as information about your computer and details about your visits to, and use of, this website (including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths).

We also collect personal information that you provide to us when you subscribe to our newsletters and updates, and when you complete the contact us section of this website with a query. We store it in our marketing database. For us to store this information, you will have to opt in and provide your consent for us to hold the information. You can change your preferences or opt out at any time using the link provided on all our marketing communications.

We may also collect data from other online sources such as social media depending on your permission settings.

If you are an existing customer, we may collect your personal details and store them in our Customer Relationship Management database, as well as our support database, so that we are able to contact you for operational reasons. We use legitimate purpose as our basis for processing your personal information through our pre-sales and in-life customer stages.

What type of information do we collect from you?

The personal information we collect includes your name, email address, your location, job title, company and IP address. If you are an existing customer, we may also hold additional information such as your telephone number.

Voiteq is part of the Centriq Group and therefore we may disclose your personal information to any member of our group of companies (this means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and all its subsidiaries) insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.

  • In connection with any ongoing or potential legal proceedings;
  • In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk);
  • To the purchaser (or prospective purchaser) of any business or asset that we are (or are contemplating) selling.

Why is Personal Information Collected?

Personal information is collected for us to provide marketing collateral to interested parties, to enable us to follow up on potential leads where you express an interest in our products and services, and where you are an existing customer it will also enable us to fulfil our provision of any contracts with you.
Some of the data we hold on our existing customers will be necessary to ensure the provision of the contract and revoking our ability to access personal information may result in a detrimental impact in our ability to provide or support our agreement with you. International data transfers

Information that we collect may be stored, processed and transferred between our offices in the UK, Germany, France and the US. Personal information will not be passed between offices by default, this will only occur where there is a specific and legitimate reason to do so.

We regularly review our retention periods for personal information and will only hold your information on our systems for as long as necessary for the relevant activity or longer if we are required to do so by law or due to legal proceedings.

When you provide us with personal information, we take steps to ensure it is treated securely through technical and operational measures.
