SOFTWARE QA AND IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

 

Job Title: Software QA and Implementation Consultant

Salary: £22,000.00

Location: Blackpool Head Office FY4 5LZ / Field Based

 

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00 hours.  Although a standard week is normal, as with all field-based roles working unusual hours and working away from the office is sometimes required. This may also include some overseas travel.

A full UK driving licence is required.

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen with Voiteq Ltd for a Software QA and implementation consultant to join our busy Project Delivery Team at our head office in Blackpool.

As part of the Project Delivery team, you will test, install, configure and train users on Voiteq’s VoiceMan suite of Voice-Directed Work software and hardware solutions.  You will also update and write documents to match the constant development of new features and functionality of our software.   Whilst this is predominantly an office-based role, working unusual hours at our customer’s sites will be required. Voiteq’s ever-expanding customer base is located worldwide, but primarily in the UK, Europe and USA.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience, working in a commercial IT environment, with proven technical skills, including MS operating systems, SQL, IT hardware and TCP/IP networking.  Experience of training, coaching or supervising users of IT systems will also be required, along with excellent written, communication and customer facing skills.
