CCTV Integration

Combating retail fraud is now the hot topic in the industry. To address this issue VoiteQ have developed an interface with in-store CCTV operations.

The receipt archive facility integrates to cameras located at the PoS terminal, allowing CCTV images to be recalled for specific transactions and displayed alongside the information on the receipt.

Additionally PoS terminals can display real-time images from in-store cameras to enable shop staff to monitor the store, these images can even be displayed on the LCD Customer Displays.

LCD Customer Display

VPoS now has the ability to take advantage of the latest developments in PoS hardware. Most manufacturers now offer systems with customer facing LCD screens in a range of sizes to suit the environment and space available.

Information on the customer screen can be configured to play in-store advertisements, promote special offers, or display product images when sales are not being processed. Full receipt information is displayed to the customer during a transaction, which should help to deter fraud.
