Your Vocollect Voice hardware is proven to be extremely robust, but it is also extremely valuable to your warehouse operations and can be costly if you have to be without one. That is why VoiteQ offers its comprehensive overnight repair service.

VoiteQ Express Service (EXP) is a UK based express depot service providing rapid same day repair or replacement of Vocollect headsets Vocollect Voice units, Battery Charger Cradle or Terminal Charger Cradle. Similar to an insurance policy, VoiteQ EXP provides the security of knowing that you will never be without this essential hardware for long, reducing the impact on the efficiency of your business. Our 'repair all' service covers the cost of all repairs, regardless of the cause, ensuring guaranteed repair costs and a known budget for each year.

VoiteQ were the first Vocollect Partner in the World to become an Authorised Vocollect Repair Centre, making VoiteQ Europe’s most experienced Vocollect Repair centre with 8 years knowledge and expertise of maintaining Vocollect equipment. This has been acknowledged by VoiteQ having been awarded Vocollect’s ‘Technical Partner of the Year’ for 2005, 2006 and 2007. Our service centre currently supports over 5,000 Vocollect Voice units and 10,000 headsets on a same day repair basis.

In addition to the EXP Repair aspect, VoiteQ Professional Services are also provided as part of the plan. These include the Site Visit Plan, which provides preventative maintenance. During a Site Visit, a VoiteQ Systems Engineer will conduct a thorough system evaluation and perform any maintenance necessary to ensure the Vocollect Voice system is operating at maximum efficiency, they can also give training on best practice care and fault-finding to help you prevent equipment getting damaged. We provide at least one of these visits free of charge as part of the plan.
