Vocollect Voice

Conversation is the most natural and direct form of communication. Vocollect Voice® enables warehouse and factory operatives to communicate with their host computer directly by listening and speaking via a headset and a mobile device attached to their belt. The mobile device is linked to the computer network by means of standard RF/WiFi allowing all stock movements to be controlled in real time. This delivers significant benefits to the workers and performance improvements for the company, whether on a dedicated mobile voice device, such as Talkman®, or on a handheld or wearable mobile device.

Talkman® Wearable Computer

Smaller, lighter, and Bluetooth equipped, the Talkman T5 terminal, is the latest generation Talkman wearable computer, designed to automate many business operations. It opens a two-way dialogue between your team members and your host system. The result? New levels of performance – even in extreme conditions – where rough handling and the hazards of an industrial environment are daily realities.

Engineered with technologically advanced features, the device provides hands-free eyes-free radio frequency mobile data collection. The belt-worn device utilizes advanced speech recognition and speech synthesis technology, providing users with real time communication to their logistics, manufacturing, or business systems. Talkman's internal architecture supports all 802.11 b and g WECA compliant radios providing seamless integration into new or existing RF/WiFi networks.

Talkman T2x is the previous generation of voice-activated wearable computers.

Vocollect Voice® for Handhelds

Vocollect Voice for Handhelds and Wearables gives you the opportunity to extend Voice-Directed Distribution™ beyond intensive, full-time use to other applications where voice adds value. Now the same people who perform multiple operations can use screen displays for some applications, and add voice for others—choosing the right tool for the job.

Voice for Handhelds also gives you the option of having full-time voice-only users and voice-enabled handheld users operating seamlessly under one roof using a single WMS connection, a single user and device management console, and the same standard applications—all the way down to the voice prompts.
